FY13 CCAS Appraisal Aggregate Results

| During the Summer 2012, AcqDemo Focus Group feedback sessions, employees, supervisors, and pay pool managers expressed a desire for greater availability of statistical summary information and feedback on the results of the CCAS cycle across all AcqDemo. In response to this, we released guidance to AcqDemo participants requiring the annual availability of aggregate data. Likewise, we continue this process by providing the following FY13 Aggregate All AcqDemo, Components and 4th Estate Feedback data. Our hope is that this information will continue to provide the AcqDemo workforce with a greater level of transparency into the pay pool process.
